Ralph Benzakein
Ralph Benzakein (LEED® AP) brings over 20 years of sales and business
experience to Whitman Realty Group. His career in Real Estate began in 2001,
with Newmark and Company. Mr. Benzakein focuses his efforts on Tenant
Advocacy.
As a Tenant Representative he has been involved in transactions that have
included Sovereign Bank, ING Insurance, American Express Financial Advisors,
USAA and Community Credit Counseling.
Ralph Benzakein’s business experience has included successfully negotiating
contracts in the software industry with the Walt Disney Company, Dictaphone,
Cunard Cruise Line, Bankrate.com, SBC Communications, American Express
and Amtrak.
He is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long
Island and is currently pursuing the SIOR designation through the SIOR’s
Candidate program.
Mr. Benzakein studied economics at Dawson College in Montreal
